Anger is a natural human emotion, the consequence of an individual’s evaluation and interpretation process, and internal emotion expressing one’s aggressiveness to a particular target – often using physical or verbal aggression.
Anger is often awakened by frustration or interpersonal conflict; understanding the stimulants and identifying potentially harmful thinking are keys to properly managing anger.
Kemet hosts weekly group sessions that focus on the core issues of Anger Management. The focus is on learning new response skills when beginning to feel anger.
Our Anger Management Counseling services are provided by Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-1) who are also member of the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), the international professional association for the field of Anger Management.
